Tom Price - Mr Jones was assisting an electrician who was joining an electrical cable that had been broken by a backhoe trench digger. One break in the cable had been joined and the second one was in the process of being joined when the cable was energized. Mr Jones was holding the broken end of the cable and was electrocuted.
