When Thomas NORLEY - and his twin brother William Butler were born on 19 September 1863 in Victoria, their father, Thomas, was 41, :- When Thomas Norley was born on 17 October 1821 in Bethersden, Kent, his father, Thomas, was 46 and his mother, Mary, was 36. He married Charlotte Butler on 11 August 1848 in Ashfield, New South Wales. They had seven children in 13 years. He died on 4 November 1893 in Wandiligong, Victoria, at the age of 72, and was buried in Bright, Victoria.
