IN MEMORIAN - O'CONNOR.— In sad and loving memory of my dear husband, Patrick O'Connor, late shift boss, Great Boulder Mine, who was accidentally killed 22nd May 1904, aged 44. Though lost to sight, to memory dear, Inserted by his loving wife and children.
FUNERAL NOTICES.
The Friends of the late PATRICK O'CONNOR are respectfully informed that his remains will be removed from his late residence. 440 Dwyer street, for All Hallows' Church, Boulder. This Day (Tuesday), 2.30 p.m., thence for interment in the R.C. portion of Kalgoorlie Cemetery. , I. W. -Goss and Co.. 'Undertakers, Piesse-street.
Settlement of an Action. The action brought by Mrs. O'Connor against the Great Boulder mine for damages for the loss of her husband, the late Patrick O'Connor, who fell down a winze in August last, has been settled by the widow receiving,£750 compensation from the insurance company. The case was set down for hearing at the next circuit court. Dr. Lyhane was solicitor for Mrs. O'Connor, and Messrs. James and Darbyshire for the company.
